Zach Mohr is an associate professor formerly at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and starting in the fall at the University of Kansas. Dr. Mohr is an expert on the cost of government programs and specifically on the use of cost accounting in local government. He applies this accounting background to election administration primarily by looking at the cost and resource needs of election administration at the local level.
